The form below is designed to fit in with how VolResource/VoluntaryNews processes and displays events of relevance to people involved in the voluntary and community sector around Britain. Events such as conferences, exhibitions, seminars; management, employment law, funding, local or national policy issues, and so on.

Please - not regular training courses (but we can provide a listing on our directory of providers) and no volunteering or fundraising occasions. See VoluntaryNews index to take a look at the current listings.

What we need

This is a free service to voluntary and community organisations. There is a small charge to commercial concerns - please for details. Selected events may also be featured in the weekly email newsletter sent to a large sector readership.

Please provide all requested information, although it is up to you how much detail you provide. We reserve the right not to publish events that we feel are unsuitable, and we may need to check back to confirm the source.

The Basics

Event Title

Summary of the event - include location (doesn't have to be precise), type of event (conference, seminar etc.), short description.

Dates - if not consecutive days, please submit separately. We accept events up to a year ahead, but only display 6 months worth.

Which Category?

Contact for bookings, or for more details - include email address or phone number as a minimum, please. Web site address is also useful.

Details (optional)

For example, speakers, workshop subjects, target audience (level of expertise, areas of work), partner organisations, cost. Also if there is any accreditation, CPD hours etc. available.
