ICSA's Charity Secretaries Group

Objectives

The ICSA's Charity Secretaries Group seeks to:

• Raise standards within the voluntary sector by promulgating best practice
• Represent the views of Charity Secretaries through initiating discussion and responding to and constructing consultation documents.
• Promote and develop the role of the Charity Secretary.
• Offer support and professional development to those holding the key administrative role in their organisation.
• Organise events that will not only enable members to examine their own practice but also to network with others.

• Best practice statements. Complimentary copies of any statement of best practice issued by the ICSA and of relevance to the Charity Secretaries Group.
• Discounts. Discounts on selected ICSA conferences and seminars, 20% discount on selected publications produced by ICSA Publishing
• Professional Meetings. Periodic meetings on key issues of concern to Charity Secretaries.
• Professional Development. Targeted events to increase group members'skills and knowledge and enable them to develop their full potential.
